Employing a Formlabs Form 3+ printer, he meticulously printed the parts, ensuring their cleanliness by cleaning them with IPA and drying them with compressed air. The next phase involved a labor-intensive sanding process, where Pillonel used 400, 600, 800, and 1000 grit sandpaper in a sequential manner. To assess progress and maintain cleanliness, the parts were regularly dipped in tap water.

To eliminate any mineral residue deposits from the water, the parts underwent a cleansing process using new IPA and were dried with hot air. Finally, Pillonel applied a clear spray varnish to achieve the desired transparent look, transforming the parts from opaque to entirely clear.
